Several things you need to know before ordering my commissions⭕️ This ToS only applied for personal usage commission, for commercial usage please contact me for further details⭕️ I have the rights to use my work in any form, e.g.
- Posting WIP / final result to my Art Account as advertisement
- Including the work as part of my portfolio
- Using the work as commission sample
- I won't post to public upon request⭕️ I have the rights to turn down any commissions⭕️ All commissions are for personal use only.
- You can print the artworks for personal use
- You can post the artworks to your social media e.g. as Icons, etc, but you have to credit / link back to me by mentioning any of my art account
- You CAN'T use the artworks to gain any profits
- Exception for commission with commercial usage agreement

Each commission consist of 3 steps : Sketching > Lining > Colour
Preview for each steps will be given.
I will continue to the next step after receiving your confirmation for the design.
Additional charge will be given when you have agreed on the design but want to change it, for example :
- I have finished with line art then you ask to change the pose (back to sketch step) - Additional charge will be given
- I've animated your GIF then you ask to change the pose (back to sketch step) - Additional charge will be given
- I'm showing colour preview and you ask to change the colour - Free of charge
- I'm showing the sketch and you ask to change the expression - Free of charge

*by sending order form or typeform you have agree to my the terms and conditions listed and aware of the outcome you will get such as commission type, usage, and quantity.

Payment and Refunds

- Payment via Paypal Invoice
- Commission starts when I have received Full Payment
- First come first serve basis
- Sometimes I accept Steam Gift Card, please ask first for this payment method
- Please ask for other payment method available if you don't have PaypalRefund
Full / partial refund available due to special circumstances and upon both party agreement only

What do you use to draw?
- I use Clip Studio Paint and Wacom Bamboo.Can I repost your art to other platform?
- You cannot repost any of my arts. Please use the share button available. RT and Like are very much appreciated!Can I use your art as Icon or Avatar?
- You can't use any of commissioned art. Only the commissioner have permission to use this art.
- You can use any Fanarts that I posted but you must link back to me and mentioned my usernameDo you accept art request or art trade?
- Art request always available for Patron once per month!
- Art trade only available when I have free time, please ask first for art trade!
